If you have the proper Microsoft 365 license, you can take advantage of the following features to work more effectively while not in the office.

Microsoft 365 Smartphone/Tablet Apps – For your Apple iOS or Android phones and tablets, you can use all of your favorite Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint) on the go. Simply download the apps on your device, log in, and start working.

Microsoft Teams – Microsoft’s new and burgeoning collaboration application has been a very effective tool for users over the last year. The ability to hold online meetings via video or audio conferencing or to have chat sessions with teammates has helped companies stay connected. If you are not using Teams, you should look into it.

Cloud Document Management and Co-Authoring – If you use OneDrive/SharePoint for document management, everyone can access the needed documents at anytime from anywhere. In addition, multiple collaborators can work in these cloud-based documents (Excel, Word, etc.) together in real-time.
